Performance Marketer

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities using ads platform including social media and display networks
  • Plan, collaborate, and review with 3rd party partners such as Facebook, Google, ads agencies, etc, to gain insights and improve digital marketing performance
  • Work on a budget to maximize results (leads, conversions, etc) while keeping cost (CAC, CPO, CPCV, etc) at an optimum level
  • Manage the overall success of each campaign by analyzing trends, tactics mix and shifting budget to better performing channels/ad sets/ad groups as needed
  • Provide ongoing optimization throughout the duration of the campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Set up tracking and structure data to report from different digital platforms.

Skills & Qualifications (Required)

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years)
  • Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc...
  • Demonstrated history of optimizing campaigns to KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and CPA
  • Professional English fluency
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams

Skills & Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience in an agency or a startup would be a plus
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in other forms of digital advertising, including SEM and programmatic buying
  • Ability to retrieve data using SQL queries
  • Ability to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Data Studio
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and human psychology
