We are so confident you will your Pact Sense will leave a positive impact that we want you to try it risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, simply send your Pact Sense back (free of charge) for an exchange or full refund within 30 days.


If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please contact us at support@thepact.com, provide the name that was used for your order, your order number and a brief explanation for requesting a return or exchange (this will help us continue to improve the experience).


Your Pact Sense needs to be returned with all of its parts and accessories, in working condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Failure to return in proper condition will result either in rejection of the claim or a repackaging fee (15% of the original retail price).

The Pact Sense Guarantee applies only to items purchased on thepact.com.

Retail Store Purchases

Products purchased at retail stores must be returned to the location where they were originally purchased. Return policies may vary – please contact the retailer where you purchased your product. Restocking fees may apply.

We are unable to offer exchanges via mail. Please see our Warranty Policy if you are experiencing issues with your product and our Return Policy for all returns.
