The Pact Sense 30-Day Feel Good Guarantee

We are so confident that you will love your Pact Sense device that we want you to try it risk-free. With our Pact Sense 30-Day Feel Good Guarantee, you have thirty (30) days from the date you purchase your Pact Sense device from our website at www.thepact.com (the “Product”) to test it out. If during that 30-day period you decide that you are not completely satisfied with the Product, simply send the Product back to us (free of charge) for a full refund. This 30-Day Feel Good Guarantee (and your right to a full refund) applies only to Pact Sense devices purchased directly from www.thepact.com and is subject to the terms and restrictions specified below.

To Qualify for a Refund, All of The Following Conditions Must Be Met:

To return a Product during its 30-Day Feel Good Guarantee period, you must first request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by contacting us at support@thepact.com during that period. You must include the following in your request: (1) the name that was used when you ordered the Product from our website, (2) the order number associated with that order, and (3) a brief explanation for why you are requesting a return (this information helps us improve our products and the experience we offer). We may require that you also provide proof of purchase details to obtain the RMA.

When you return your Product, you must include all of the parts and accessories originally included with the Product when you first received it.  The Product must be in good working condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in its original, undamaged packaging (or packaging that provides an equal degree of protection). For any Product returned without all of its parts and accessories or not in proper condition, we reserve the right to either reject the return or deduct from your refund a repackaging fee of fifteen (15) percent of the original retail price of the Product.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it.  We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will process refunds within 3 weeks of our receipt of the returned Product. Please note that, depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is approved for the refund to post to your account. If your request is rejected, we will keep your Product for 30 days for your pick-up and then will dispose of it at our sole discretion with no further liability or obligation to you.

We are unable to offer exchanges for any of our Products sold on our website.

Limited Warranty

This Pact Sense 30-Day Feel Good Guarantee and Return Policy is separate from the Limited Warranty we offer, which provides for remedies for Pact Sense Devices that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
